To Provide Superior Real Estate Services in support of our Membership.

We are the premier Asssociation for Real Estate Professionals in Yolo County.

Yolo County was one of the original 27 counties created when California became a state in 1850. Agriculture is Yolo County's primary industry. Grapes are becoming a major crop and there are several well know wineries in the county.
85% of the population lives in the four cities of Woodland, Davis, Winters and West Sacramento. The county seat is Woodland and it is located approximately 9 miles west of the Sacramento International Airport. Each September many of Woodland's beautiful Victorian Homes are featured during "Stroll through History" day.
Davis is well known for its outstanding school system. The University of California is located in Davis and is home to the Mondavi Center for the Arts.
Winters is the gateway to Lake Berryessa where you may enjoy boating, fishing and hiking.
West Sacramento is home to the Port of Sacramento and Sacramento Deep Water Channel providing worldwide access to Yolo County's agricultural and manufacturing production. The Triple-A baseball team known as the Rivercats is located in West Sacramento.
