Welcome to the updated Yolo County Board of Realtors website. Now members of the public can search for a real estate professional, an affliated business or search directly for real estate for sale using the public search for properties at Metrolistmls. Membership applications, both for the YCBOR and Metrolist can be downloaded here. Members will find the site has more features including a calendar of REALTOR events and an individual profile page that can be updated by YOU! We are looking to increase communication with our members through the website and through our Facebook presence .

Back to Services
For many years the Yolo County REALTORS® have dedicated their time and energy to a fundraiser called CanTree. The money collected goes to help feed the hungry in Yolo County at Christmas time.
In the beginning, the REALTORS® actually built two enormous trees of canned goods surrounded by donation barrels at the local mall in Woodland and in Davis. With help from schools and local businesses the REALTORS® were able to make a large annual donation of canned food to the Food Closet. With the help of the Davis Postal Workers Davis REALTORS® still collect cans for the Yolo Food Closet.
Over the years, we have found the most productive way to truly help is to raise money. In the past the REALTORS® have donated the majority of the money generated through CanTree to the Ecumenical Ministries to buy the perishables for the Holiday Baskets. Last year over 900 baskets were given to families in Winters, Madison, Esparto, Knights Landing and Woodland. Sometimes a portion of the money also goes to Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Care in Woodland and STEAC in Davis.
Working hard and raising funds for CanTree is the major fundraiser for the Yolo County Board of REALTORS® but not something we are able to do alone. The Affiliate members of the Yolo County Board of REALTORS® work side by side with the REALTORS® To make CanTree a success our members are encouraged to support this worthy cause and event.
