ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES INFO
Realtor & Affiliate 2026 Membership Dues
The time to renew your association dues is right around the corner.
Remember realtor and affiliate dues are due by January 1st of each year. Please see below the important dates regarding dues.
November 1st - All primary & secondary realtors will receive an email from NAR on behalf of the Yolo County Association of REALTORS® regarding your dues renewal.
November 7th - YCAR office will send out a follow up email to all realtor members and will include their individual invoice statement.
November 3rd - All affiliate members will receive an email from YCAR with their renewal dues invoice statement.
January 1st - Dues are due for primary and secondary realtors and affiliates.
January 16th - Any realtor member that has not paid their dues on time, will be inactive until dues are paid.
February 1st - $50 YCAR late fee will be applied to any realtor and affiliate dues.
February 1st - Affiliates who have not paid their dues, will be inactive and removed from the website, affiliate directory and will not be able to attend meetings, events or sponsor.
March 1st - $50 CAR late fee will be applied if realtor dues are not paid.
